What is Marvel, you ask? If you're one of the deprived masses who doesn't have a copy of the Marvel Super Heroes Adventure Game, then you're missing out on one of the best super-hero RPGs ever created. Go to your friendly local game store and see if you can't find a copy before they're all gone. Don't worry, we'll still be here when you get back.
The Marvel game was published by Wizards of the Coast, based on their SAGA diceless game system (also used for Dragonlance: Fifth Age). Unfortunately, Wizards decided to focus all their efforts on the new edition of Dungeons & Dragons (and its d20 game system), so SAGA (and Marvel) were abandoned, but not by fans of the game on the Web! On here the mighty Marvel game is still going strong!
If you can't get a copy of the Marvel game, don't despair! There's enough material on this site to get an idea how the game is played and how to create your own heroes, with plenty of pre-created heroes and adventures. You can learn to play just from the material you'll find here, all you need to supply are a few decks of playing cards to create your own Marvel Fate Deck (see the Game Rules section for more information).
