A Hokkeko Senior Leader Arrested For $147 Million Fraud

Nichiren Shoshu temple Noanji was newly constructed in Tokorozawa City. The completion ceremony was held on Nov.29, 97. High Priest Abe Nikken came to celebrate this ceremony. Of course the strong thunder storm and even earthquake accompanied him to characterize his evil nature as usual. Since it always rains whenever Abe Nikken appears, everyone now calls him "Ame (rain) Nikken."

This Noanji temple’s construction committee chairman was Masao Hinuma, who was also the vice-chairman and the senior leader of Noanji Hokkeko. He was arrested on Nov.23, 97, just before the completion ceremony of the new temple. He was charged with 147 million dollar fraud.

He used a fictitious leasing program to make a contract with a leasing company called "Century Leasing System Company". His arrest was widely reported on the major national TV news.

Masao Hinuma donated the defrauded money to the new temple brazenly. He, as the chairman of the construction committee, promoted to other Hokkeko members as follows:

"The temple must be built with our mind of sincerity. Let us donate to the last minute." (Noan-ji Newsletter No.75)

Nikken must have delightedly received this defrauded donation. He does not care about how the money was raised -- whether from the crimials or from sincere members. He only cares about the amount.

We can never forget the year 1990 at Taisekiji. On the occasion of Oct.12 celebration of 700 Years Anniversary of the founding of Taisekiji, Nikken collected a great amount of sincere donation from SGI members all over the world. The following month, he executed "Operation-C" by saying "CUT that guy’s (President Ikeda) head off". He collected money from SGI and then discarded SGI.
