I created this Web Ring so that others like myself, who are interested or active in the Matchbook Collecting, may be linked together on the Super Info Highway.
To Participate in the Web Ring, the following criteria must be met:

The applying website should be one of interest to Matchbook Collector with some relation on the site. This could be information, software, services, or links.

Maybe maintained by individuals, private business, educational facilities, or organizations.

The applying website CAN NOT have sexually explicit material, and should be considered non-offensive.
To join the ring, follow the these easy steps :
The first thing that you need to do is to "CUT and PASTE" the following HTML code into your home page. This is the code that will enable your home page to work with the rest of the ring. This MUST be placed on your opening page!

Once you have done that, you need to edit it as follows

Change the "YOUR EMAIL HERE" to whatever your EMail address is, making sure you put in your domain. (i.e. myname@somewhere.com)

Change the YOUR NAME HERE to your FIRST and LAST name.

Change the 0 in the 5 &id=0's to whatever you will be given for your Site ID later.
The next thing you will need to do is to download a copy of the rings logo image file "MATCHES.GIF" below by right clicking on the image, and replying SAVE when the action window appears.
Once you have cut and pasted the HTML code, and have copied the MATCHES.GIF image file, you need to fill out the following information. Once you have, you will receive a Site ID. Make sure to WRITE THIS DOWN! as it is an important part of your ring information, and you will need it in order to properly edit the above HTML code, and to properly participate in the ring. Go ahead now and complete the form.
Once you have completed the above form you will get E-Mail that will contain:

Your Site's ID Number

Your entered Password
Okay, you now have your site ID. You can now edit the HTML you cut and pasted into your home page, and change the "0's" in the (5) "&id=0's" to whatever you were given as your site ID. Boom! -- your site is active.....but NOT activated!
Once completed, your site should look like this!

One last diddy:
You need to send mail to
Lee
Edwards and ask him to activate your site into the ring. In the message
you MUST include your site ID #!!!!!!! I will check your site and
if everything looks right.....I will turn your site on !!!!!!!!!!
I suggest you write down both your "Site ID" and "Password" and keep them
in a safe place, as you will need them if you ever need to change your site
information.
Also if you ever need to change anything.....come back and fill out the below
boxes.
