Recruiter Resume Danger Signals
Be forewarned... recruiters look for the following danger signals when looking at your resume:
1. Functional Resumes. When a recruiter sees a functional resume instead of a chronological/company oriented resume, they immediately think you are trying to hide a problem or period of unemployment (or jail)
2. Qualifiers: When you use "assisted with....", "knowledge of...", or "had exposure to...", recruiters think that you have just minimal exposure to the item.
3. Spelling erros: If you have grammatical or spelling errors, then you aren't going to be conscientous on the job.
