It holds great social and academic programs to enrich our college experience. It's no doubt one of the best clubs that deal with academics. Sigma Beta offers practice exams, holds encouraging speeches by professors and key figures in distinguished fields. I am truly honored to be part of this prestigious organization.

PSYCHOANALYSIS AND THE ARTIST
Who is there, in logical words, can express the effect music has on us? A kind of inarticulate, unfathomable speech, which leads us to the edge of the infinite and lets us gaze into that. Music allows us to drift into a world that is dimensionless, it embarks us onto a trip where life and death, the real and the imaginary, the past and the future, the communicable and incommunicable, the high and the low cease being perceived as contradictions. Where we are able to transform the unconscious and the conscious motion into new and greater possibilities of formal interpretation scientifically explicit, artistically implicit.
Music is the art of thinking with sounds, its the speech of the angels, it touches places beyond our touching, its another planet, its strange almost a miracle. For it stands halfway between thought and phenomenon, between spirit and matter. Its an outburst of emotion, its something that comes from within us, its something that allows us to create . . . create a visionary reality from elements of dreams, memories and psychological distortions. Distortions of thought dictated in the absence of all control exerted by reason.
Music produces a kind of pleasure which human nature cannot do without. And for me it holds a special meaning. Its my life, its my wife, its something that transforms me into a mad man, a man who is too mad to live, to mad to talk, too mad to be saved . . . a man who will never yawn and say a commonplace thing, but burn, burn, burn like fabulous yellow roman candles exploding like spiders across the stars. Yet at the same time it hath charms to soothe a savage beast.
