Meet the Characters

John I guess the guys would call me the "ringleader". I don't mind. It's a pretty respectable ring. When I'm not at Teresa's swapping stories, my free-lance art business keeps me busy. I've known George and Dale forever, they're my best buddies in the world. It's real nice to have a place like Teresa's where you can sit down, have a beer, tell a story, and know that a good friend will be close by to shoot you down.

George - Teresa's is a great tavern. I like to stop in after working at the bank. I'm a nine-to-five kind of a guy. No "corporate killer" instinct here. At Teresa's, I can lose the workday mind set before going home to my wife.

Eloise is a terrific lady. When the kid in me is showing, she can spot it a mile away. Sometimes, it's hard to tell if she's amused or perplexed.

Teresa - I run a nice, honest neighborhood bar, and have been since before any of these young fellahs were even born. I think of theses three as "my boys". They've been coming in here ever since they turned legal age. I keep an eye out for them, give `em heck when they need it, and tell them where to get off when they think they're putting one over on me. After all, I wasn't born yesterday. Dale- Well, I get up, I go to work, I go to Teresa's, I come home, I get up, I go to work.. that's pretty much the story. John and George are good buddies. But then, I get along with everybody. The guys kid me because I'm usually the last one to get a joke, but now and then I redeem myself. They also give me grief about the state of my apartment (especially the kitchen), but that's what a bachelor's pad is supposed to look like, right?
