Immigration consultation service: If you have an immigration problem and need legal advice, or if you have any immigration related questions, you can call for a personal telephone consultation. The nonrefundable consultation fee is $75.00 U.S. and will last as long as it takes to evaluate your situation, answer your questions and explain your possible options. I charge my consultation fee regardless of the conclusions I draw after evaluating your situation. I will also perform 1 free follow up call if the caller needs to clarify anything we talked about during the initial consultation. I will send the caller an invoice for the consultation fee after I have performed the consultation service. I prefer to receive consultation calls after 5:00 PM pacific time. I provide quick response with this consultation service. Callers from any location in the world can quickly receive advice, answers to their questions, and an explanation about any possible options they might have. I am an attorney licensed in the State of California and also an active member in the American Immigration Lawyers Association.

After a discussion of your facts and issues, I will counsel you on your immigration options that might be available. After the consultation, if you hire me to perform additional immigration services for you I will credit the entire $75.00 consultation fee toward the fees for the additional services.
