99 KLR 650

99 KLR 650 , I just bought it on 12-23-98 . I'm not use to the big thump just yet .

I took it around the lake the other day ( Lake Okeechobee) short trip ,250 miles.Did really

well though for my first time on a thumper . And I think I'm really starting to like cause it's

just so versatile, it wants to go anywhere and everywhere . It's more of a toy than a

motorcycle , it handles so easily and is so zippy around town .

Going to have more pics. soon ( jumps , wheelies , trips )

Still breaking it in !

Ok , now I've got it just about broke in ,so here's a wheelie !

This is a 1st , 2nd and 3rd gear wheelie . Notice the front tire , it's not

moving no where near the speed of the rear tire .

................Guess what................

I have a friend now , thumping friend that is .

Moto-Mike just bought a brand new 99 XR650L .

So we will definitely have some more pics. soon .

Oh yea and some argumentive discussion I'm sure

being that we have a Kawy & a Honda !
