Site:	All meets at North County High School, Glen Burnie, MD
Track:	400 meter, latex-all weather surface(fast), 8 42" lanes
Facility:	State of the art with: public address system, scoreboard clock displays running time, concessions, restroom facilities and close accessible parking. Meets run from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m.
Track Events:	1500m run, High Hurdles, 100m, 400m, 4x100m Relay, 800m, 200m, 3000m, and 4x200m Relay.
Field Events:	Long Jump, Triple Jump, High Jump, Pole Vault, Shot Put, Discus, Javelin.
Divisions:	9 and under, 10-13, High School(19 and under), 20-29, 30-39, and Masters (five year age groups).
Championship Awards:	Age group medals to top three in each event at Championship meet.

Equipment:	Starting blocks and batons provided. Spikes are not to exceed 1/4". Vaulters and throwers must bring their own implements.
Registration:	18 and Under - $7.00, Adults 19 and Over - $10.00. Registration begins at 6:00pm.
Volunteers:	Will be needed to help with timing and field events.

Meets will run rain or shine. Meets will run rain or shine. However, if championship meet is cancelled due to extreme weather (thunderstorms) it will be rescheduled for Tuesday, July 30 at 6:30 p.m. (Check web site)

Professional starter will be utilized. Meets run from 6:30pm to 8:30pm.

Directions to North County High School:

From West and South (Washington DC):
Parkway 295 or I-95 North to I-695(Baltimore Beltway).
East on I-695 towards Glen Burnie.
Take Exit 5 off I-695, to Route 648.
Turn Right and follow Route 648 South.
Go to 3rd light (1st Avenue E).
Turn Left(East) on 1st Avenue E.
Go to top of hill and bear left. From North (Towson, Dundalk):
Take I-695 South to Exit 5 (Route 648).
Turn Right and follow Route 648 South.
Go to 3rd light (1st Avenue E).
Turn Left(East) on 1st Avenue E.
Go to top of hill and bear left.

From Annapolis:
I-97 North to Baltimore Annapolis Blvd. (MD 648).
Turn Right(North) on MD 648 to Ferndale.
Go to 5th light (1st Avenue E).
Turn Right(East) on 1st Avenue E.
Go to top of hill and bear left.
