Every street corner in Cuba has a "Círculo Infantíl" (day care center.)
Even Deaf kids get a "Círculo." This one in Santiago de Cuba
has Deaf woman who is an assistant teacher in the day care,
as a result the Deaf kids can sign at 2 or 3 years old.
Senior citizens in Cuba also have their own centers
known as "Círculos de Abuelos."
