John Skipper

John Skipper was living with his cousin William H. Weston in Peoria, Il. in 1880. He was the son of Eliza (Weston) Skipper. Apparently, he was visiting with his cousin William Weston at the time of the 1880 census. A March 1, 1872 town report for Warren, Mass., records John Skipper paying a $2.00 poll tax.
