Mitzi's paintings have won many awards and are collected by many individuals as well as organizations.
Mitzi has a master's degree of fine arts from Stephen F. Austin State University,Nacogdoches,Texas.
Her one-woman shows include Cleveland Botanic Garden, Jewish Community Center, Cleveland; Beck Culture Center, Lakewood, Ohio; Chinese Arts Gallery, Houston; Blue Moon Gallery, Chagrin Falls Ohio.
Invitational exhibits include New England Fine Arts Institute's National Exhibition, Boston; City Hall, Alhambra, California; Cain Park Gallery, Cleveland Heights,Ohio; Mather Gallery, Case Western University, Cleveland, Ohio and many others.
Mitzi is Artist-in-Residence for the Ohio Arts Council's Art in Education. Besides painting, giving workshops and lecturing, she is also a professional designer of dinnerwares, fabrics, other home furnishing products as well as greeting cards. Over 40 dinnerware products currently in the market were designed by Mitzi.
Mitzi's style is unique and expressive. Computer-based graphic design is her other passion, and she's worked on a variety of interesting advertising campaigns and website designings.
