JINROH, and intriguing story based on "Little Red Riding Hood" portrays a cruel yet sentimental relationship
between Constable Kazuki Fuse in the Special Unit and Kei Amamiya, a 17 year old
girl who had lost the motivation for life.
February, 1962. Constable Fuse of the Special Unit in the CAPO (Capital Police Organization)
encounters a girl carrying an explosive during the battle with the guerrillas.
While being in full control, he lets the girl pull the trigger of the explosive before shooting her to death.
Due to his misconduct, he is ordered to be restrained at the Academy.
"What made me hestiate from shooting her?"
Fuse was starting to believe that he did not belong to the pack of wolves.
He obatains the information of the girl from his classmate Henmi at the Academy who is now
stationed at the Bureau. Visiting her tomb, Fuse meets Kei Amamiya who says she is teh sister of the dead girl.
"Everybody becomes different people in a different town..."
"We forget our past and become different people."
Finding no hope in life, Kei tries to comfort herself by escaping from reality.
However, she gradually gets attracted to the lifestyle of Fuse who has finally found himself
firmly stationed at the special unit.
The intelligence confrontaion continues amongst three main organizations.
There is the local police who attempts to destroy the CAPO. The Bureau who allies with teh local police in order to crush the Special Unit
of the CAPO and lastly, "JINROH", the non-public organization who fights to oppose to neither.
Fuse is informed that Kei was working for Henmi as a decoy to capture the Special Unit.
It was the strategy of the Bureau and the local police; however JINROH had already prediceted that.
On Order to flee Kei from the organinzation and to end the contfronation, Fuse goes to the location of their trap.
He fights and manages to breakthough the seige and rescuses Kei.
"A place where no one can come get us."
Despite Kei's hope and dream, Fuse goes back to the battlefield for the final settlement with Henmi.
Fuse finally reveals to Kei that he is a JINROH. She finds out that her ultimate hope had been on the completely opposite side from her world...
