Father Jean-Phillipe Tessier is a Caucasian male, in his early 30s.  He is somewhat above average in height, with an average.  He has blue eyes, thick dark hair, and a short beard and mustache.  He is always attired in a black suit, with a clerical collar on his shirt.  He speaks English quite well, with the hint of a French-Canadian accent.

Background

Father Tessier is from Montreal, in Quebec, Canada.  He attended seminary, and was ordained, in Quebec, but soon thereafter applied for, and gained, a posting in the Vatican City.  There, he became a member of a little-known arm of the Roman Catholic Church, assigned to investigate, and deal with, threats of a potentially supernatural nature.  During his missions for the Church, he became acquainted with members of the Fellowship of the White Star, an organization with similar goals.  With the permission of his superiors, he has joined the Fellowship.
