In the early issues she also used the advertising technique of promoting the next issue on the front cover of the issue preceeding it. Crochet and Quilts were the rage in the 1930's and 40's. Thus the reason each issue had one or more Crocheted patterns and a quilt pattern.You can use the Windows search engine for looking for particular items. From our total quota of paper, we probably will have to discontinue certain phases of our business if we continue to accept Workbasket subscriptions like they have come in the past few months.
