Pricing Guidelines

Word Processing and Data Entry services are charged a standard hourly rate.
Pricing guidelines are listed below; however, a more accurate rate can be obtained via email
(see contact information on the previous page).


Your source material may be handwritten, typed, or faxed. Material must be clearly legible.


Enhanced Word Processing & Data Entry Worksheets:
$13.00 per hour*

Includes: Projects that contain special formatting, outlines, charts, tables and simple calculations.

* Hourly rate include:s

  • Proofreading
  • Font changes
  • Special formatting/style
  • Outlines, Charts, Tables, Simple Calculations
  • One black & white printed original copy
  • Electronic transfer to registered e-mail

Does not include complex computations unless program is supplied by client.

Basic Word Processing & Data Entry
$12.00 per hour*

Includes:
Projects that do not contain special formatting/layout, outlines, charts and table. Also known as straight copy typing or simple data entry.

* Hourly rate includes:
  • One black & white printed original copy
  • Electronic transfer to registered e-mail
Custom Word Processing & Power Point® Presentations:
$14.00 per hour

Black & White Printing: All projects include one original black & white printed document on company letterhead or stationery.

Additional black & white copies:
Client-supplied stock: $.10 per page
Exact Type supplied stock (20# white): $.15 per page

Color Printing: Add $.15 per page to prices quoted for black & white to receive documents printed in color (logo and/or text).

Local fax transmissions:
$.50 first page; $.25 per additional page

Long distance fax transmissions:
$1.00 first page; $.75 per additional page

Diskettes: $5.00 each, 3 1/2" diskette, 1.44 mb
Includes client's file(s). All disks are formatted and virus-checked before submission to client.

Shipping/Delivery/Payment Information

Shipping & Delivery

Project is delivered via e-mail, diskette, fax, US mail and/or other as requested.

No fee for:

  • E-mail delivery
  • US Mail delivery (up to one ounce within the US using a standard #10 envelope)

Diskettes and fax service fees as listed above.

Payment Terms

Advance deposit is required with balance due upon receipt of invoice (prior to delivery of completed project). If the project is cancelled after work has already begun, the deposit will be non-refundable.

Acceptable payment methods include: business checks, cashier checks and money orders.
