Browbeat was formed in the spring of 1994. The team was started by two of the team's current players, Glen Gustafson and Mike Luthardt. Glen was Browbeat's team captain for the first year, and Mike has been the captain since. The faces have changed many times over, but the focus has remained the same: "To win and to win and to win..."
