Boxing's Chance
There are many things certain in Boxing
Like blackeyes and cuts and tattoos
Mouthpieces and cups are surely a must
Our commission oversees what we do
Our Promoter secures all our sponsors
Through marketing, tv and news
and when we're all done
The event has gone smooth
It's the promoter who pays us what's due
There are boxers and trainers and announcers
managers, cutmen and more
The Gloveman, the seconds and doctors
and boxing officials galore
But the one person we haven't mentioned
is the guy who puts all this together
He calls on the phone matching fighters it seems
From big guys to those light as a feather
His job is what we call a Matchmaker
but we're certain we've got to explore
How one man can juggle all these people
And next month have them back for some more
They call the man Jimmy Montoya
he can train,manage, be cutman and dance
The fighters know he is the "fairest"
Jim Montoya's the matchmaker of "CHANCE".
