Dr. Cameron was a staunch ally to Black Jews in his community and around the world. He was never phased by antisemitic attempts to discredit his working and personal relationships with Jews of any color, and was a great supporter of the production and promotion of the exhibit "Moreshet Eldad: Giving Voice to Jews of African Heritages" at America's Black Holocaust Museum.
He will be deeply missed.
