The aim of the service is to provide all customers with the product and service they request and expect. In order to achieve this objective it is our policy to establish and maintain a comprehensive and effective Quality System which is planned and developed in conjunction with all employees. The system is designed to provide the appropriate objective evidence that the work and services provided conform to customer requirements. The Quality Management System of the company is based upon the requirements of the Quality Assurance Standard ISO 9000. The first rule of our company is: "If we don't look after our customers, someone else will".   O u r  H i s t o r y The company was started in 1988 by Maurice Hedgecock. The objectives of the company were to provide quality systems to the catering community in terms of food hygiene and customer satisfaction. Initially the company provided services to the public sector and later developed to include schools, hospitals and commercial caterers and suppliers - including national companies - as clients. Our history is in fact before us as a young and growing concern which incorporates a balance of experience and enthusiasm in our personnel.
