These documents are from the Oklahoma City federal courthouse and reveal
the mischief and duplicity in the way in which the government uses agents
provocateur to lead innocent people into situations where they can be
arrested and then rewards the informants by protecting them from prosecution.
There are four documents in this series. Readers will have to scroll
down through this page to view them all:
1. Lemmer's unsigned consent to be tried by a magistrate; all other
persons arrested at Tinker AFB, after crossing the base boundary at Lemmer's
suggestion, were ordered to be tried in federal District Court unless they
signed this form;
2. Lemmer's first order regarding terms of release; this required that
he post bond in the amount of $5,000;
3. Lemmer's second order regarding terms of release, after Magistrate Jones
learned that Lemmer was an informer; he was then freed on his own recognizance
(see the line close to the bottom);
4. the document ordering all arrested persons who did not agree to be tried
by the magistrate to appear for trial in District Court; Lemmer's name did not
appear on this document, and when questioned about it by defense attorneys
the prosecutors pretended not to know his location.
