Valentine's Day Love Birds
Materials needed:
Construction paper: (pink, red, white, yellow), Metallic red pipe cleaners, 1/4" wiggle eyes, Thick craft glue, Thread, scissors, transparent tape
1. Fold a 5" pink square of construction paper in half. Cut out a bird body.
2. Cut out a beak beak from yellow construction paper.
3. Now cut out some decorative hearts from red construction paper.
4. Now it is time to make the wings. Using construction paper, cut out hearts, and fold in half.
5. Glue wings, hearts and beak on birds, and glue bird body together at bottom.
6. To create a tail, cut pipe cleaner into 4 equal pieces and tape or glue ends inside bird body.
7. To make a hanger, tie thread into a loop and tape knot on back of bird.
