Westmont
park to be named after Ty Warner
As a show of appreciation for a nearly $3 million donation toward
Westmont's new park, the Westmont Park District will name the park after a
popular toy maker based in the village. Community Park North will be known
as Ty Warner Park, according to Ronald Gunter, Park District director.

other counts, selling counterfeit Beanie Babies® toys that it purchased on
the secondary market. We recently settled our claims and, as part of that
settlement, after a short sell-off period, Walgreen's has agreed never to
sell Beanie Babies® plush again.
