Bitters:
Copper coloerd, malty yet sometimes bitter. In Britain, bitter is the draft equivalent of a
pale ale. It is golden brown or copper colored beer usually highly hopped, dry and lightly
carbonated. It is not unusual to be seen in three strengths: ordinary, best bitter, and
special or strong bitter.
- Bird Rock Bitter
- This ESB (Extra Special Bitter) is perfect for the sociable evening. The traditional Kent
hop provides excellent character while the brown sugar and generous dry hopping set this ESB
apart from all others
- Galena Beast ESB
- For the lover of bitters, this recipe is a monster. The generous use of galena and
bullion give this ESB a big taste. THe addition of roasted barley gives this beast a unique
color. If it looks like more than you can handle, we can take a little hop out.
