A Collection of Psalms, Volume 2

The music in this collection is decidedly more "contemporary" than that in God, In Your Goodness. For most of the songs, we made extensive use of full rhythm sections wherever possible (guitar, piano, bass, and drums / percussion). Even so, there are some selections that are simply piano and guitar with one or two instruments accompanying. Styles of music include country, bluegrass, light jazz/ballad, rock, and traditional piano/guitar. Most of these songs are also suitable for use with an organ and choir. All songs in the accompanying music book include vocal/guitar and piano parts. Selected songs also include parts for C and B-Flat instruments.

New to this collection's music book, some songs are also broken out to include parts heard on the CD – which are also usable during worship. These include parts for bass guitar, drums, alternate piano parts, and a second keyboard part for jazz/B-3 organ or synth strings (as appropriate).
