Your local yarn shop may have the Effectiveness by Design patterns you want or be willing to get them for you. We urge you to support local yarn shops whenever possible to help keep them in business. If you don't have access to a local yarn shop that carries our line, below is a state-by-state listing of yarn shops and mail order sources where you can buy Effectiveness by Design patterns by phone, by e-mail, or "live and in person!" They receive automatic shipments of new patterns as soon as they are available and either have what you want in stock or would be happy to get it for you. As you will see, in addition to having local telephone numbers, many retailers have toll-free numbers specifically for taking your orders by phone (a nice benefit when you're calling long distance to place your order). All you need to do is use this catalog to decide what you'd like to buy and then make that call.
