I guarantee your satisfaction and allow a 3 day inspection period. If not satisfied, return the firearm or other merchandise, postmarked within 3 days of delivery in same condition as sent and your money will be refunded in full. If we do not hear from you within that time period we will assume buyer acknowledges full satisfaction. Check your State or local laws on receiving antique/collectable or other firearms as laws and restrictions vary in different states. We can send the gun to an FFL dealer in your area if needed, upon receipt of their license. Payment must be made by online payment through Billpoint (Visa, electronic check) postal money order, bank draft or cashiers check. Please let us know which shipping method you prefer as buyer is responsible for shipping costs, loss, damages, insurance, etc., when an item is shipped. Buyer assumes all liability contingent to the use of firearms. Some vintage guns are sold as collectors items and not intended for actual firing.
