Two images, that comprise 2 documents that comprise a "Gift Letter" from Donald McGhan, president of CUI to the USAF, for expanders. The first image also gives a value for this gift. The second image (an invoice) is from CUI to the USAF at Lackland AFB, Texas. It refers to usage of the expanders for "clinical studies". . .Although it is an invoice, "NC" (no charge) is typed in the cost column.

The following weblinks are to various documents of Agreements between Dow Chemical & Dow Corning. These agreements cement sharing technology on different projects, including the evaluation and testing of certain technology held by Dow Corning by Dow Chemical. I find no trace of monitary remuneration for all of this sharing of technology, or for the evaluation/testing of Dow Cornings projects by Dow Chemical, more in accordance with what we see in partnerships.
