NVV Cyclocross Clinic
Sunday, September 19, 9 am
Alston Park,
Napa
Do you want to try the greatest
winter sport around? We will introduce you to cyclocross
and cover basic techniques and
training at this clinic. No experience is necessary.
Bring:
Bike (any bike, MTB or 'cross preferred - remove water bottle cages!),
bike clothes,
running shoes or MTB shoes, water
& food, sunscreen etc.
Fee: No charge.
Release form required for non-NVV participants
Program: 45-60
minutes of skills instruction and Q&A, followed by some light training
on the Vineyard CX circuit.
Instruction will be geared towards
novices, but all riders are welcome.

Directions: From
Sacramento, take I-80 West to Hwy 12 West to 29 North to Napa.
From San Francisco, take I-80 East to Hwy 37 West
to 29 North to Napa.
In Napa, take Hwy 29 north, left at Trower Rd. stoplight
to end at Dry Creek.
Right on Dry Creek and immediate left into parking
lot. Look for cyclists in the nearby open area.

are at the south lot, not the north lot
as indicated in the map
for the Vineyard CX race.
