Adult Community Support Services Director -Director to manage program development and operations of Adult community Support Services, A comprehensive program for adults with mental retardation, developmental disabilities, and/or serious mental illness. Services include: day treatment, supported employment, transportation, and residential services. Duties: program development, supervision of operations, recruitment, training, compliance with licensure and Medicaid regulation, and participation on board management team. Applicants must possess significant knowledge, skills and abilities in MR service deliver, person-centered planning, program development, management of day programs and group homes, Medicaid state plan option and waiver services, community networking, consumer advocacy, and staff supervision. Proposed New Rules for Licensed Social Workers

(Notice effective 6/18/97; Notice expires 7/18/97)

The West Virginia Board of Social Work Examiners is updating its legislative rules and regulations. Such revisions are needed from time to time to incorporate new policies and to keep procedures current. A 30-day comment period began on June 18th.
The proposed new rules’ most significant changes are in procedures for disciplinary action and rules for providers of continuing education. Application and renewal fees are proposed to increase by $5.
