Discover a wonderful drink! This was imparted to me nearly twenty years ago by a grey-haired bartender with a handlebar mustache. I asked him for a drink and this is what he handed me:
Over ice, pour a jigger of light rum into a highball glass along with some pineapple juice and Tom Collin's mix. Shake well. Top off with about 3/4 of an inch of dark rum. Serve with a straw. Drink this through the straw from the bottom. As the dark rum mixes through the ice with the rest of the drink you'll discover this concoction's hidden treasure. Enjoy!

Take 3/4 oz. of Cuervo Gold Tequila, 3/4 oz. vodka, 2 oz. pineapple juice and 2 oz. cranberry juice. Pour over ice, then shake until mixed.

In a tall glass mix 1 oz. Midori and 1 oz. Malibu. Fill the rest of the glass with pineapple juice and shake. Top off with heavy cream. I assume you can fill the glass first with ice.

The folks there were good enough to provide us with their recipies, so enjoy these delightful "diver" drinks.
