Welcome!

Neshaminy Valley is a beautiful, quiet suburban community in Historic Bensalem Township, which is situated in lower Bucks County, in southeastern Pennsylvania. We are a few miles northeast of the Philadelphia city limits where US Route 1 and the Pennsylvania Turnpike intersect. Click to see map.

Neshaminy Valley encompasses over 5,000 residences including single homes, town houses, and apartments. There are two small shopping centers, two elementary schools, several churches, and a synagogue in the community. These are situated on over 120 streets and courts.

Thanks to a progressive police force and an active Town Watch, we enjoy a peaceful and almost crime-free community.

If you are a resident here, we invite you to learn about, and consider joining, our Town Watch.

If you are visiting this web site from afar, we welcome you. If you want to form a Town Watch in your neighborhood, we'd be pleased to provide whatever information and advice we can. Just send an E-Mail to the Neshaminy Valley Town Watch Webmaster.
