Welcome to the North Harford Road Community Association's Home Page

Located in Northeast Baltimore, the North Harford Road Community Association (NHRCA) encompasses over 2,300 households and businesses. Our boundaries are Northern Parkway to the south, Old Harford Road to the west, Ridgeview, Fairdel, Rosalie and Moyer Avenues to the east and the Baltimore City line to the north.
