Borough of Pine Hill REQUEST TO REVIEW PUBLIC DOCUMENTS
Each and every request to review "public documents" of the Borough of Pine Hill, available under N.J-S.A. 47:lA-2 must be submitted to the Borough Clerk using this form. Only one (1) specific request (for example: information regarding only one individual) per form. Each request must be considered separate and must be submitted on separate forms. When requesting copies, no copies will be produced until the requesting individual understands the full costs and agrees to pay such costs upon receipt of the copies. When requesting information that will require more than one hour of research on the part of a Borough employee. the Borough will impose a fee equal to that employee's hourly rate times the hours that the employee estimates it will take to obtain the information. No work will be undertaken until this initial fee is paid. When the work is completed the person requesting the information will be informed of the final costs for the research and copy costs. The requested information will be provided upon payment of the final costs. Every effort will be made to fully respond to each request within 30 days.
