A fantastic dish from my mother in
law, Joan!
Baked Stuffed Shrimp
16 large shrimp -- (12-20/pound)
1 1/2 sleeves Ritz crackers -- crushed
1/2 pound butter -- melted
1 tablespoon horseradish
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
dash Tabasco sauce
dash garlic salt
lemon
Shell and devein shrimp. Set shrimp out on greased
cookie sheet. Mix together crushed crackers, butter, horseradish, Worcestershire sauce,
Tabasco and garlic salt. Cover shrimp with stuffing. Bake at 400 for 15 minutes. Serve
with lemon wedges.
