Josh Sahib was not known as "Shair-e-Inqilab" for nothing. His poetry was not just revolutionary in the literal sense of the word. The words are revolutionary, the thoughts are revolutionary and, the feeling that his poetry creates in its readers is nothing short of a revolution. Someone once wrote about Josh and his command over the language that it seems as if words are standing in front of him in total obedience; he puts them in their proper place as he deems it fit.
