Oh there's just oodles to do in and around Saugatuck.
Unfortunately, I'm always working when I'm here, so I don't
get the chance to have as much fun as everybody else.
I don't golf (I'm too poor), I don't horseback ride
(my dog would kill me). But I have been fishing on Lake
Michigan; caught our limit, and had a great time! Just remember
that it's always colder out on the lake, dress for January and peel
from there. Certainly one of the best (and cheapest) things to do
in Saugatuck is simply to wander around and enjoy the beautiful
scenery. By boat, car, bike, or foot, the surounding beaches,
dunes, orchards and forests are all worth investigating.
