We encourage guilds to bring their opportunity quilts to each other's meetings to sell tickets (quilters love opportunity quilts!)  Please visit the quilts page to see what quilts our member guilds are making.   To learn more about some of the member guilds, please visit the history page.

If you belong to a northern California quilt guild and would like to have your Opportunity Quilt listed on this site, please email a photo of your Opportunity Quilt and contact info along with the size of quilt and date of drawing to Scarlett or snail mail to P.O. Box 212, Anderson, CA 96007.

The North Quarter's main goal is to open lines of communication between guilds and quilt groups in Greater Northern CA. The boundaries are roughly from Yuba City to Yreka but surely do not exclude anyone interested in linking up with the North Quarter information sources. We meet four times a year at different sites throughout Northern California. A $10 contribution is asked for a group or $5 for a person, if they wish to receive a copy of the quarterly newsletter. If you have any news or information for publication in the QGNQ Newsletter, please email it to Jenny at jennyperry2@hotmail.com

Encourage your guild to elect a North Quarter Rep who would love to meet wonderful quilters, share ideas and bring back to your guild a wealth of information.

We also have a list of the quilt shops and quilt businesses that are in the Northern California area.  Quilters have to know where to stop when they go for a drive!
