GI CHOKE

1. While your opponent is in your guard, secure a grip on one collar behind the ear (as shown) with four fingers inside - thumb out, palm up.
2. Your other hand should come under the first, and secure the same grip on the other side of your opponent's neck.
3. Be sure your palms are facing up, and the grip is tight with both hands deep in his collar and no extra space.
4. To finish the choke, pull your elbows out to either side of your body and down to your belt.
