Hello cheffers and others,
Before I go into detail I would
sincerely like to thank everybody for the comments on the quiz. It has provided
great satisfaction, some new friends, and has motivating me to construct the
most enjoyable quizzes that I can. It is not the intent of the quiz to create
new business for my company, and to date it has not. No alterior motive here.
However I do accept blank signed checks, top value stamps, used 20's and the
like.
I would like to make one
request, provide some information, and make a couple of changes. Stay with me
here, I'll be brief. First I would like to request that everybody who sends a
response sign the quiz with their real name. This way people can meet each
other, which to me is one main purposes of the internet, E-mail, and the chefs
list. The quiz will continue to post all names but real ones are preferable.
Second, FYI the quizzes attempt
to be posted every Thursday (with the possible exception of Thanksgiving) before
midnight EST. The quiz is supposed to be enjoyable for everyone. If someone
ACCIDENTLY responds to the list, like David said, don't read it. There is no
point in screaming or complaining about something is supposed to be fun. I
will now send every quiz labeled "new produce quiz". If you see this
more than once a week you know that someone is accidentely sending their answer
to the list and if this ruins your week, simply don't read it.
If I want to send information
about the quiz I will title the message "Produce Quiz Information" so
you will know it does not contain an answer.
I hope this will clear up some
problems and make the quiz as enjoyable for you as it is for me to write.
