Greetings in the all-powerful name of Jesus!
Oneness Apostolic Gospel Church ceased functioning as a church in March 2000 when I went on to serve the denomination (National Gay Pentecostal Alliance) in prophetic and teaching ministry. I formally surrendered my ministerial credentials and left the denomination in September 2001 for the reasons you'll understand as you continue reading.
I praise God for how he has been working in my life. In August 2001, I began examining the claims of ex-gay ministries for myself in obedience to the Lord. Near the end of September 2001, I surrendered my ministerial credentials and formally left the National Gay Pentecostal Alliance to embark on a journey of overcoming not only my same-sex attraction (homosexual orientation) but also to be set free from my bondage to what I call mental lechery (extreme sexual promiscuity but taking place only in the mind). I have been set free from my mental lechery and am working on the same-sex attraction with the Lord's help. I am attending a local church in Buffalo, New York that has an ex-gay ministry. If you'd like to know more, click on the link to the left that says "E-mail Me." The book cover to the left is linked to my publisher's page.
If I had to summarize my testimony in a few sentences, I would have to quote Psalm 68:6, "God setteth the solitary in families: He bringeth out those which are bound with chains: but the rebellious dwell in a dry land."
Mr. Chancellor Carlyle Roberts, II
(Yes, Chancellor really is my first name)

"Wherefore, seeing we also are encompassed about with so great a cloud of witnesses, let us lay aside every weight, and the sin which doth so easily beset us, and, let us run with patience the race that is set before us, looking unto Jesus the author and finisher of our faith; who for the joy set before Him endured the cross, despising the shame, and is set down at the right hand of the throne of God." (Hebrews 12:1-2)
