Our organization was formed in 1989 by a small group of emergency services professionals in Oklahoma City. Today, we have emergency services, hospital and mental helath professionals throughout the State. These individuals have received training in CISM, including defusing and debriefing models, from trainers approved by the International Critical Incident Stress Fouindation (ICISF). These individuals volunteer their time to assist emergency services and hospital professionals following critical incidents.
