1 cup Karo Syrup
1 cup sugar
1 cup peanutbutter
6 cups Rice Krispies
Heat until melted; add Rice Krispies.
Top it off with:
1 cup Butterschotch chips
1 cup Chocolate chips
Heat until melted, then spread over top of treats.
4 cups sugar
4 cups peanutbutter
4 cups Karo Syrup
Pinch of salt
1 T. butter
Bring to a boil and watch closely while stirring slowly. Pour over 6 cups of Corn Flakes. Add nuts or coconut if desired. Mix well and drop by spoonfuls onto cookie trays or waxpaper. Cool completely and store, separating layers by waxpaper.
3 (6 oz.) pkg semi-sweet morsels
1 (14 oz) can of Eagle Brand Condensed Milk
Dash of salt
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
Combine and melt morsels, condensed milk, salt and vanilla. Add nuts 1/2 cup of chopped nuts if desired. Pour into a shallow baking dish. Let cool and then server.
Remove teddy bear from oven and preheat oven
to 375.
Melt 1 cup margarine in saucepan.
Remove teddy bear from oven and tell Jr "no, no."
Add margarine to 2 cups sugar.
Take shortening can away from Jr. and clean cupboards.
Measure 1/3 cup cocoa.
Take shortening can away from Jr. again and bathe cat.
Apply antiseptic and bandages to scratches sustained while removing
shortening from cat's tail.
Assemble 4 eggs, 2 tsp. vanilla, and 1-1/2 cups sifted flour.
Take smoldering teddy bear from oven and open all doors and windows
for ventilation.
Take telephone away from Billy and assure party on the line the call
was a mistake. Call operator and attempt to have direct dialed call
removed from bill.
Measure 1 tsp. salt, 1/2 cup nuts and beat all ingredients well.
Let cat out of refrigerator.
Pour mixture into well-greased 9x13-inch pan.
Bake 25 minutes.
Rescue cat and take razor away from Billy.
Explain to kids that you have no idea if shaved cats will
sunburn.
Throw cat outside while there's still time and he's still able to run
away.
FROSTING
Mix the following in saucepan:
1 cup sugar
1 oz unsweetened chocolate
1/4 cup margarine
Take the darn teddy bear out of the @#$% broiler and throw it away --
far away.
Answer the door and meekly explain to nice policeman that you didn't
know Jr had slipped out of the house and was heading for the
street.
Put Jr in playpen.
Add 1/3 cup milk, dash of salt, and boil, stirring constantly for 2
minutes.
Answer door and apologize to neighbor for Billy having stuck a garden
hose in man's front door mail slot. Promise to pay for ruined
carpet.
Tie Billy to clothesline.
Remove burned brownies from oven.
Have a storng drink!!!
1/2 cup of butter
1 1/2 cup flour
1 cup sugar
1 egg
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. cream of tartar
2 Tbls of Sugar
1 tsp. of Cinnimon
First Cream the Butter. Add 1/2 of the flour, sugar, egg, vanilla, baking soda, and cream of tartar and beat well until blended. Add the rest of the flour to the mixture and blend. Cover and chill for 1 hour. After it has chilled, shape into 1 inch balls. Mix the remaining sugar and cinnimon and roll the balls in it. Place the balls 2 inches apart on an ungreased cookie sheet. Place in a pre-heated oven at 375 degrees for 10 or 11 minutes. Let cool on a wire rack.
This will make 36 cookies.
4 cups dry-roasted or honey-roasted
peanuts
1/2 cup butter
1 - 10 1/2 oz. package tiny marshmallows
2 cups peanut-butter-flavored pieces (a 12-ounce package)
1 - 14 oz. can sweetedn condensed milk (1 1/4 cups)
1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
1. Line a 13X9X2 inch baking pan with heavy foil. Spray foil with non-stick coating. Cover evenly with half of the panuts. Set aside.
2. In a 3-quart saucepan, melt butter with marshmallows over low heat. Add peanut-butter-flavored pieces, sweetened condensed mild and peanut butter. Stir till smooth. Quickly pour over peanut layer in baking pan. Sprinkle remaining peanuts on top.
3. Cool or chill if necessary; cut into squares. Store candy in refrigerator. Makes about 4 pounds of candy.
2 cups sugar
1 cup white Karo
1 cup water
1 tsp. salt
1 lb. unroasted peanuts
1 Tbls. butter
1 tsp. vanilla
2 tsp. baking soda
Cook sugar, syrup and water to a hard ball stage. Then add salt and peanuts, and continue cooking until brittle. Remove from fire and butter and flavoring and stir well and then add the baking soda. Stir and pour in thin sheets on buttered cookie sheet. When cold break into pieces. Best results will be obtained when weather is cold and dry.

1 (14 oz.) can of sweetened condensed milk
1 cup (6 oz) semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 (3 1/2 oz) can flaked coconut (1 1/2 cups)

Preheat oven to 350 (325 for glass dish). In 13X9 inch baking pan, melt butter in oven. Sprinkle crumbs over butter; pour the sweetened condensed milk evenly over crumbs. Top with remaining ingredients; press down firmly. Bake 25 to 30 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool. Chill if desired. Cut into bars.

1 cup flour
1 cup nuts
1 tsp vanilla
Cream butter, add sugar and cream. Add flour and nuts. Shape into balls using about 1 tsp of batter. Bake at 350 about t0 to 12 minutes.
1 box yellow cake mix
1/2 cup melted butter
3 egg
1 box powdered sugar
1 (8 oz) pkg cream cheese
1 cup coconut
1 cup chopped nuts
Combine cake mix, melted butter and 1 egg. Press into a 13X9 inch baking pan. Mix powdered sugar, cream cheese and 2 eggs; beat for 5 minutes. Then add coconut and nuts. Pour over cheese mixture the cake mixture. Bake at 325 for 35 - 45 minutes. Sprinkle with additional powdered sugar after removing from the oven. Let cool before cuting.
