Neptune First Aid Squad

Neptune, NJ

Neptune First Aid Squad is one of four squads providing volunteer Emergency Medical Service in the Township of Neptune. Our squad covers the downtown area, which extends from Route 18 east to Route 71 and from Route 66 south to the Route 35 bridge over the Shark River. We respond to an average of 1,420 emergency calls each year, nearly four calls each day, and are actively seeking new members. Anyone wishing information on becoming a member should call 988-7777 and leave a message.

We currently operate two ambulances out of one station. All members are certified as NJ EMT-B. Most of our members are further trained to the EMT-Defribillator level and our squad caries a Space Labs 510 semi-automatic external defribillator in each ambulance.
