About Michael Ohnmacht

Michael Ohnmact was trained in Europe by the masters of traditional stained glass art. For years he studied, designed and created, developing his skills in the various approaches and techniques of stained glass. In 1960, he immigrated to the United States and was drawn to the mountain environment of Aspen, Colorado. As an associate of the Jean-Jacque Duval Studio in New York, Michael executed and made windows for many churches throughout the Western United States, including the Prince of Peace Chapel in Aspen.
