Open Hearts Open Minds is a business whose goal is to promote positive messages for all children. We are based in Lewiston, Maine. Our company started in early November 1995 after we returned from a conference for parents of children with special needs. Our youngest daughter has Downs Syndrome. Our three young children have shown us that parenting is one of the most challenging and wonderful experiences of our lives. We wanted our business to promote how wonderful children are in unconditionally accepting others regardless of their differences.
