We are situated on a private road, surrounded by nature, in a quiet and peaceful
setting. One Body Spa is 90 miles from New York City, 60 miles from Albany,
and accessible from the New York State Thruway and Route 209. We are very
close to several excellent Bed and Breakfast Inns, hiking on gorgeous mountain
trails, swimming in an invigorating mountain stream, antique shops, cross-country
skiing, and fantastic restaurants from casual to elegant. Our goal is to
nurture the body to bring balance, comfort, relaxation, and peace to enhance
