| The Neck Wound
The autopsy report prepared by Doctor Beyer indicated Foster was shot inside the mouth with the bullet exiting the back of his head. No other bullet wounds were reported. The paramedic from Fairfax County Fire and Rescue when questioned under oath: Q: "With respect to the bullet wound
you think you saw in the -- at the scene could you describe in some detail
exactly what
A: "I saw what appeared to be a bullet hole, which was right around the jawline on the right side of the neck." Q: "About how big?" A: "It looked like a small-caliber
entrance wound, something with -- I don't want to say a .22 or whatever,
but it was a small caliber. It appeared to be a smaller caliber than the
gun I saw." . .

The image above was constructed from images in the Failure Of The Public Trust, and illustrates that the facts of the case show that a Park Police officer attempted to conceal the .22 caliber bullet hole in the neck by turning the head so as to cover the wound with blood. | The Car
The theory presented in the Starr Report is that Foster drove himself to Fort Marcy Park in his grey '89 Honda Accord and took his own life. The problem is that no one, except the Park Police investigators, saw the car in the parking lot.
The Inconvenient Witness One of the witnesses who is sure Foster's car was not in the parking lot is Patrick Knowlton. After he told his story to a reporter from the Sunday London Telegraph, he was harassed on the streets of Washington. |

| The Gun
The gun found with Foster's body was blued (i.e. black) but the FBI asked Lisa Foster to identify a silver gun. She admitted that the silver gun looked like a gun owned by Foster.
The Eye Glasses Foster's eye glasses were found lying 20 feet down the berm. They had blood splatters on them, according to Dr. Henry Lee. How did they get there?
