Awards Moderator: Are you enjoying the festivities here tonight?
LLOYD BRIDGES: Oh very much so! It is very important. These writers really have to know their jobs…what they are doing is turning our young minds in the right direction and they need a lot of guidance! I was glad to hear...because this is a young audience...that some of you have seen "Sea Hunt."
Joyous©: I loved it.
Awards Moderator: What are you doing these days?
LLOYD BRIDGES: Right now my wife and I are going on a cruise and will be flying to Israel to try to straighten things out there. We are taking the QEII cruising the Mediterranean.
Arctic Frost: Your family is incredibly talented, as a father did you expect this? And how did you raise such great kids?
LLOYD BRIDGES: I wanted it to happen because my life was so very exciting. I met so many interesting people ... it is an exciting profession. Now we have a dozen grandchildren and at least six of them are going to be actors!
We just saw Jeff's daughter in "Bye Bye Birdie" and Beau's daughter played the lead in "Guys and Dolls." My grandson Jordan, Beau's son, is acting in school and is now living with us. He has auditioned for at least a dozen pictures. He is on his way, I think!
