Hi, it's Dakota again. My mom did a survey on the Internet
asking dog owners and rescue workers to name the best shelters in the
U.S. She asked them to judge them on the basis of how clean they are,
if the animals are healthy, and also if they do a good job evaluating
prospective adopters. This is the list she came up with.
